Credits, refunds and withdrawal
No subscription: you buy a credit pack once and pay per take. Here's how refunds work.
Development view: fields marked “To be published” don't appear in production. Fill them in before launch.
How credits work
- Credits you buy never expire.
- Every take shows its price in credits before it runs, and the credits come off your balance when you create it.
- One balance covers the web studio, the API and the MCP connector.
- Credits can't be moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except through the refund described here.
Takes that fail
If a take fails or times out without a result, we refund its credits automatically. You don't have to ask. Same if you cancel a take before it starts. You'll see it in your credit history.
Withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw. We refund the share of the price that matches the credits from that purchase you haven't used.
When you buy, you ask for the credits to be available right away. That's why credits you've already used aren't refunded.
Example: if you bought 1,000 credits for $9.90 and 400 are still unused, we refund $3.96.
How to withdraw
- In the studio, under Credits, every purchase from the last 14 days has a “Withdraw from this purchase” button.

We confirm your request by email.
When and how you get the money
We refund the amount to the same payment method within 14 days of your request. Once the refund is done, those credits are removed from your account.
Businesses and other countries
If you buy for your company or as a freelancer, we apply the same 14-day rule as a courtesy.
This policy applies to every customer, wherever they live. If your country's law gives you more rights, those apply.
Outside these cases, we don't refund used credits unless the problem was on our side.
Who issues the refund
The merchant of record for your purchase sends the money back. Its terms also apply to the purchase.
